On October 1, local time, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) was forced to place 81% of its employees, or 1,044 employees, on leave and temporarily suspend most of its operations due to a partial lapse in federal government funding. This was the first Federal Communications Commission shutdown in nearly seven years.
The agency announced it will stop answering consumer complaints and inquiries, suspend consumer protection and local competition enforcement, and halt new equipment authorizations.
As a result, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has temporarily suspended operations, including all FCC ID certifications. This suspension is considered force majeure, and the specific resumption date is subject to further official notification from the FCC.

During this period, FCC upload and certification processes will be suspended. This may directly impact your product's certification timeline and delay subsequent market launch plans.
